Educational video with a twist. MoMA wanted to take the highly technical process of printmaking and create a series of videos that would explain and demonstrate the methods in a simple, but intelligent way. Working with MoMA to tap the masters of the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop, we combined historical anecdotes, an engaging host, and stunning visuals of intricate processes to draw viewers into this fascinating world.
Again working on a tight deadline to premiere the videos for the new MoMA interactive space ‘Print Studio’ we produced on location at the Printmaking Workshop, navigating around the large machinery & tight corners to get the close up details required to show the intricate, hundreds-of-years-old processes & complex handiwork used.
