Job  Responsibilities  （工作職責(zé)）:  

1.      Perform  X-Ray  inspection  of  engine  parts  in  accordance  with  the  engine  manufacturers’  requirements  or  approved  techniques.  按照發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家的要求或已批準(zhǔn)的技術(shù)執(zhí)行發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)零部件的射線(xiàn)檢查工作  

2.      Perform  X-Ray  inspection  work  according  to  production  plan  and  be  responsible  to  its  quality.  按生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃完成射線(xiàn)檢查工作并對(duì)其質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)

3.      Perform  TPM  on  approved  tools,  equipment  and  instruments  to  reduce  abnormal  down  time.  執(zhí)行工具、工裝和設(shè)備的全面生產(chǎn)維護(hù)，從而減少非正常停機(jī)時(shí)間  

4.      Have  the  skills  and  knowledge  of  set-up  and  standardize  equipment,  conduct  test,  interpret  and  evaluate  for  acceptance  and  rejection  for  the  part.  具有設(shè)備的調(diào)試和定標(biāo)，以及對(duì)零件的檢查、驗(yàn)收/拒收的解釋、評(píng)估的知識(shí)和能力  

5.      Control  the  quality  of  X-Ray  inspection  process.  控制射線(xiàn)檢查過(guò)程的質(zhì)量  

6.      Provide  necessary  guidance  and  supervision  to  trainee  personnel.  對(duì)學(xué)徒提供必要的指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督  

7.      Participate  in  project  to  continuous  improve  the  processes  in  cell.  積極參與車(chē)間內(nèi)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目  

8.      Participate  in  ACE/EHS  activities  to  support  on  the  improvement  of  quality  and  safety.  積極參與ACE/EHS  活動(dòng)，不斷提高工作質(zhì)量及安全生產(chǎn)

9.      Such  duties  as  assigned  to  him  by  the  supervisor.  完成主管安排的其它工作任務(wù)      

Basic  qualifications  required  for  the  Job  (錄用及就職條件):  

1.      Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Mechatronics  Engineering  Diploma  from  college  or  above            機(jī)械，航空或機(jī)電工程等專(zhuān)業(yè)大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷  

2.      Over  3  years  work  experience  of  X-Ray  inspection  in  aviation  industry(CFM56/V2500  engine  experience  desired)  3年以上航空領(lǐng)域無(wú)損檢測(cè)工作經(jīng)歷（CFM56/V2500發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）  

3.      Good  English  skill  to  command  related  technique  data,  CET-4  or  above  preferred  良好的英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力,能熟練掌握相關(guān)英文技術(shù)資料,英語(yǔ)4級(jí)或以上優(yōu)先

4.      Good  job  quality/safety  awareness  and  team  work  spirit  具有良好的工作質(zhì)量/安全意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神  

5.      Hold    CAAC  NDT  RT  level  2  certificate  or  equivalent  持有中國(guó)民航無(wú)損檢測(cè)射線(xiàn)檢查二級(jí)證書(shū)(或等效證書(shū))
