職位描述
1.接收用戶關(guān)于IT日常使用方面請求，協(xié)助排除故障并提供技術(shù)支持。/ Receive users' requests for daily use of IT equipmentand assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.2.組織和維護IT資源，安裝、升級、維護軟硬件和其他系統(tǒng)。/ Organize and maintain IT resources, and install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and other systems.
3.協(xié)助管理機房設(shè)施以及機房設(shè)施的安裝、配置和維護，包括但不限于UPS，防火墻、交換機、路由器、無線、服務(wù)器及應(yīng)用。/ Support to manage devices in the computer room, and install, configure, and maintain equipment in the computer room, including but not limited UPS, firewall, exchanges, routers, wireless, servers and applications.
4.將所有流程記錄在參考手冊中，用于培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，教育和指導(dǎo)當(dāng)?shù)赜脩粽_記錄問題和請求IT服務(wù)的流程，并確保這些流程得到遵守。/ Document all processes in reference manuals for training and guidance, educate and guide the local users on the correct processes to log issues and request IT services and ensure these processes are followed.
5.與股東方的IT工程師合作，使所有實施系統(tǒng)符合中國/英國政府法規(guī)/ Work with IT engineer of shareholder to ensure all implementing systems compliant with China/UK government regulatory.
6.當(dāng)你意識到問題和困難時，要及時上報，并為客戶提供IT建議和專業(yè)知識。/ Escalate issues and problems as you become aware of them and provide IT advice and expertise for your customers.
7.跟隨公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況，參與實施和支持其他信息系統(tǒng)。/ Participates in the implementation and support of other information systems according to the company's business development.
8.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交予的其他工作/ Complete other work assigned by superior.
任職要求/Required Skill and Experience:
1.計算機/網(wǎng)絡(luò)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)位/Bachelor’s degree in computer / network or related major required；
2.3年以上信息技術(shù)運營和支持經(jīng)驗 /Requires over 3 years of experience in IT operations and support.；
3.有制造領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的IT工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先/IT work experience related to manufacturing field is preferred；
4.有跨國公司或合資企業(yè)的近期工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮/Prefer recent experience in a MNC or a joint venture;
5.熟悉系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實施、IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和對業(yè)務(wù)運營的操作支持/Familiarity with system design and implementation, IT infrastructure and operation support to business operations;
6.熟悉Windows，Edge，Chrome，以及Microsoft Office 365（Teams和Outlook）/ Familiar with Windows, Edge, Chrome, and Microsoft Office 365(Teams and Outlook);
7.熟悉主流路由交換設(shè)備，以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、TCP/IP、LAN、VLAN及各種路由協(xié)議。/Be familiar with mainstream routing and switching equipment, as well as network architecture, TCP/IP. LAN, VLAN and various routing protocols;
8.了解主流服務(wù)器，以及RAID, DNS, DHCP等應(yīng)用。Knowing main servers and applications such as RAID, DNS, DHCP;
9.相關(guān)的IT技術(shù)資格或同等經(jīng)驗，比如ITIL基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)證（V3或V4）/Relevant technical IT qualifications or equivalent experience, such as ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4);
10.英語四級，有責(zé)任心，具備一定的抗壓能力/Cet-4, responsible, with certain ability to work under pressure.
