Lorne Lieb, Senior Producer/Founder
Lorne Lieb founded Plowshares Media with one goal, to bring affordable video solutions to mission driven organizations. He brings to this endeavor expertise built over years producing and associate producing critically acclaimed television programs such as the groundbreaking PBS Frontline special Muslims (for which he won a Cine), the series Television in America, ABC Nightline: One Muslim Voice, and The People Speak (History Channel). His background in community and labor organizing also aids him in developing the innovative educational and community engagement campaigns that accompany his projects. He has created video solutions for non-profit clients the Harlem Educational Activities Fund, Dartmouth Medical School, Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and The NYC Coalition for Behavioral Health, among many others.

Andres Lopez-Ovejero, Project Development Coordinator
Andres Lopez-Ovejero not only lends a fresh perspective to Plowshares productions, but a strong client orientation as well. His internationally focused education combined with years spent teaching and studying abroad inform his ability as an excellent communicator able to accurately read the culture and meet the needs of his audience and clients. His EMBA and experience at the Japan External Trade Organization add to this high level presentation skills gained while meeting with corporate CEOs. Finally, building upon his existing skill set, social consciousness, and lifelong love of documentaries he joined the Independent Production Fund, working on their projects and his own before forming Plowshares Media with Lorne.

Kyrié Cox, Project Coordinator
Kyrié Cox keeps Plowshares running at peak efficiency. Graduating early with a BA in Business with honors, she found her calling in film and has worked for various clients including Fox, producing pieces as part of producer/shooter team with her husband, Gareth Paul Cox. Kyrié began chronicling the work of non-profits that speak to her heart such as Lacrosse the Nation, Love Light & Melody and The Metropolis Ensemble. Her work as Project Coordinator at Plowshares is a natural progression where she brings her production experience, organizational know-how and sharp eye to each project, providing drive and unique insight
