REQUIREMENTS

2  years  working  experience  on  purchase  working;
Expert  in  raw  material,  tooling  and  machines  in  mechanical  area;  
Familiar  with  AS9100  and  aerospace  material  requirements;
Excellent  negotiation  and  communication  skills;

WORKING  CONTENT
Discuss  and  define  material  necessary  for  projects  of  relevant  department;
Negotiate  with  both  local  and  international  supplies  and  sub-contractors  on  pricing  and  lead  time;
Procure  raw  materials,  tooling,  consumable,  machines  (equipment)  and  sub-contract  processes,  from  sources  identified  by  the  customers.  Initiate  purchase  orders;
Make  sure  all  the  things  arrived  on  time  according  to  the  plan;
Ensure  purchase  order  is  sent  timely  to  the  suppliers;
Comply  with  Company’s  purchasing  policies  and  code  of  conduct;
Schedule  delivery,  and  establish  accurate  follow  up,  to  ensure  required  raw  materials  arrive  on  time  according  the  production  plan;
Insure  all  the  tools  and  materials  fit  the  requirements  of  production  and  reach  the  time  line;
Conduct  supplier  performance  analysis  and,  where  necessary,  work  with  them  on  process  improvements;
Work  closely  with  logistics  to  have  a  smooth  transportation  and  custom  declaration.
