職位描述
Requirements要求：Bachelor degree above, with major on management or Human Resource, Mechanical background is preferred.
本科以上學(xué)歷，管理或者人力資源專業(yè)，機(jī)械相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先。
Above 3 years work experience as HR Manager in an international manufacturing company (> 100 persons) required. 3年以上工廠人力資源經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗
Working experience of manufacturing is a plus.制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
Familiar with major disciplines of HR, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and employee relations, as well as PRC labour law / regulations熟悉人力資源所有模塊；
Familiar with China Human Resource Law; 熟悉國家人力資源相關(guān)法律規(guī)定；
Professional using on MS Office 熟練應(yīng)用Office辦公軟件；
Good interpersonal & communication skill; 良好的人際溝通和交流能力；
Can work under high pressure; 能夠在高壓下工作；
Is service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated; 具有服務(wù)精神，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，富有激情和能夠自我激勵；
Strong planning and organizational skills with execution.較強(qiáng)的計劃，組織和執(zhí)行能力;
Positive attitude and possesses strong work ethics and leadership ability
Fluent oral and writing English 熟練的英語口語和寫作能力。
